1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which keep small amounts of information on your device for similar purposes. This policy explains which of these Luceryn uses on luceryn.com and in the Luceryn application, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Our approach
Luceryn uses only cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide the Service you asked for and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, social media pixels or third-party analytics cookies, on our website or in the product, and we do not use cookies to build profiles of you.
4. Browser storage we use
We keep device-level preferences in your browser's storage rather than in cookies. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us with each request.

5. Why these cannot be switched off
Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, the law does not require consent for it, and it cannot be disabled while you use the Service. Our cookie notice records that you have seen this information. If you block these cookies in your browser, you will not be able to sign in, and parts of the website may not work.
6. Third-party services and integrations
If your organization connects integrations such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira or Salesforce, signing in to those services takes place on their own sites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. The same applies when you follow a link from Luceryn to another website, or when you pay through Stripe's pages. We do not control those cookies, so please read those providers' policies.
7. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and site data in their privacy or security settings. You can also clear Luceryn's browser storage by clearing site data for luceryn.com. Clearing it signs you out and resets your device preferences. Your browser's help pages explain how: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer these controls.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across websites, so there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat every visitor as though those signals were on.
9. Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie or storage item that is not strictly necessary, such as first-party analytics, we will update this policy and the tables above before it is used, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. Other updates will be shown by the date at the top of this page.
