Luceryn sets only first-party, strictly-necessary cookies. We do not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on our website or in our product. The cookies we set are:

• Authentication and session cookies - keep you signed in and route your requests to your own workspace. Without them, sign-in is impossible.
• Security cookies - protect sign-in flows and gate access to the application during controlled-access periods.

We also use browser local storage for device-level preferences: your navigation style, theme, dismissed banners, and your cookie-banner choice itself. These stay on your device and are not transmitted as cookies.

Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary for the Service to function, they cannot be disabled while using the Service, and consent is not required for them under applicable privacy guidance. By signing in to or using Luceryn you agree that we may place them. If you block them in your browser, sign-in and core functionality will not work. The banner on our website records your acknowledgement; declining non-essential cookies has no effect on your experience because we do not set any.

If your organization connects third-party integrations (for example Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, or Salesforce), or you follow a link to a third-party site, those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies. Our access to and control over third-party cookies is limited, and they are governed by the relevant provider's terms, not this policy. Payment pages are hosted by our payment processor, which sets its own strictly-necessary cookies.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies (see your browser's settings under Privacy or Cookies). You are not required to accept cookies generally, but because Luceryn's cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them prevents the Service from working. Deleting cookies signs you out everywhere.

Because we do not track visitors across sites, our response to browser “Do Not Track” signals is simple: there is nothing to turn off. We treat all visitors as if Do Not Track were enabled.

If we ever introduce additional cookie categories (for example first-party analytics), we will update this policy, provide notice, and where required by law request consent before those cookies are set. Otherwise we may update this policy from time to time by updating the date above, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
